There are several options available ; actually three alternatives. I have tried two of them and seen the damage done by the third.

The first treatment is one you probably know — creams, gels and suppositories such as Preparation H.

They will not actually cure your hemorrhoids, but these kinds of treatments do have an upside. (Personally, I have always found suppositories more effective than creams, even when the hemorrhoid is external.) Believe it or not, you most likely have internal hemorrhoids also, and they need to be taken care of too. The plus side to using these tactics is that they are easy. They are a bit uncomfortable, but they are readily available at your local pharmacy.

I did have some unfortunate side effects from the treatment, such as elevated blood pressure, which compelled me to look for alternatives. There are usually repercussions when using a chemical treatment for an illness or disease. In addition, my hemorrhoids weren’t even cured; the pain was just alleviated for a little while. Lastly, you cannot employ the treatment while your hemorrhoids are bleeding.

The other option is undergo surgery to remove your hemorrhoids.

This was recommended by my doctor, but I chose not to do it. My father had this surgery and he said he was in excruciating pain for several days. He likened it to “hooks tearing into my butt”. After hearing what happened to my father, I was determined to avoid surgery and I think you should do the same. It is not essential.

The last way is using a natural hemorrhoid treatment, I got my information from a book called H Miracle

A natural cure for hemorrhoids is something I questioned, but now understand better. These are some of the benefits: first off, I was astonished at how strong they were. The relief is quick and they actually get rid of the hemorrhoids, and they cost less than medicines.

On the negative side, it takes a bit of effort to investigate which natural hemorrhoid treatments are effective and which ones are useless. I do not recommend that you believe everything that you read; you should stick to reliable information and verify everything that you read.

Start Doing Some Exercise

Sweating is important if you want to get rid of acne. What sweating does is help you get rid of the toxins in your skin, removes dead skin cells, and unclog your pores. Sweating can stop you from breaking out into acne and it helps heal acne scars faster.

It doesn’t really matter what you do to workout. It's best to find something that you enjoy doing that gets you to sweat. Things like yoga, beach volley ball, dancing, and a light jog can get you sweating. Be sure that whatever activity it is that you do enjoy spending time doing it. If you enjoy doing it then you will find it allot easier to do regularly.

Good Sleeping Habits

Acne is hard on your self-esteem and is also a very stressful condition. Making sure you get a good nights sleep is very important. If you have stress problems and sleeping problems you are making it much easier for acne to live inside of you. Ideal sleeping conditions are sleeping in a dark and cool room. Good sleeping conditions is made of those two things.

Veggies, Fruits, And Nuts

The best food to eat to fight off acne is and always will be vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. You should have a salad with each meal. Eat fruit for snacks. It also should be noted that eating allot of these raw or partially cooked is the ideal way to eat them. Foods that are heavily cooked have lots of the good taken out of them.

These are just a few of the tips to help you get over your acne condition. Starting with these tips should allow you to see a big improvement over the next 30 days or so. To help speed up the process even more try detoxing your body. This will help remove many of the toxins that are inside you even faster.
