- Beat the stress. Stress damages your skin and you may get an outbreak if you do not handle it well. Take a break, go for a spa or just take a dip in the Jacuzzi to relax. This will definitely help to improve your skin.
- Be gentle on your skin and do not use too much strength when you scrub or exfoliate.
- Keep your skin moist. Your skin may crack easily if you live in places where the humidity level is low. In addition, you may find wrinkled skin. Your skin may appear dull. Use moisturisers to avoid this situation. Apply them just after washing your face as they will work best when your skin is slightly damp.
- Never use soap on your face. Separate your cleansing products for the face and body.
- Use sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun’s UV rays. Apart from your face, use them on your body. Wearing long-sleeved tops can help protect your skin as well. No matter what the weather forecast is, you should have sunscreen on you because UV rays are present even if you are in the shade.
