It is not at all greasy or shiny. I put it on in the morning before I apply makeup. I can't tell that it makes a difference in the way my face looks, but it may make my skin look slightly firmer. I don't think any lotion or serum will make my wrinkles disappear. I put a different night cream on my face at night, as this serum doesn't feel especially moisturizing. It does feel good under makeup during the day though. Good product

What I say is try going to a dermatologist to see what they will charge you for treatments with the same results!! <br />I was going monthly for a a while to get microdermabrasion treatments at my dermatologist's office and was being charged $150 each treatment. I also had to pay for the TNS cream at $150 for a months worth, the Retinol cream as well at $80 and it lasts about 3 months and as the C & E cream at $60 a pop lasting up to 3 months. I have suffered with acne my whole life and I'm left with some scaring as well as sun damage from living in Florida my so my skin looked worn and rough. I could not afford the treatments anymore and looked for some kind of alternative. After using the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Rejuvenator a few times, I was getting better results for a lot less than what I was paying at the dr's office. The oil free mosturizer with sunblock is great too and I use it after the micorderm treatments 3 days a week. I wish I had found this product before spending hundreds of dollars on treatments at the dr's office! I feel great and my husband and kids compliment me and tell me I'm glowing. Something that means so much to me because I have never had compliments on my skin. <br />Thank you Neutrogena and please continue to sell this product. I refer to it as my "little sander." <br /> <br />Neutrogena recommends using the product 3 times per week, which seems really excessive for my particular skin type. I have very fair delicate skin with pink undertones and using this more than once per week is simply too much. I don't think there's anything left to exfoliate, since this product basically "sands off" the top layer of your face. Although it does this very gently, I wouldn't do it more than once per week, or at the very most twice per week. When I tried doing it three times a week, my usually combination skin became very dry and flaky. Moisturizing is extremely important after each treatment and I make sure to slather on a rich, non-pore clogging cream for at least two days afterward. <br /> <br />After I finish doing my face, I also use it on my neck and chest. I always add plenty of extra water so that the product glides more gently on this delicate skin. My neck and chest have never felt so soft or looked so supple!
