Worked for our two daughters
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This product seemed to work, although Molluscum goes away on its own, so we can’t prove it. It did seem to halt what looked like was going to be an endless infection . The “bumps” get smaller, dry out, flatten out, then disappear. Zymaderm stinks, but it is not unbearable – it is supposed to be medicinal after all. We don’t need perfumes to mask it. The Molluscum was diagnosed by our family physician, by the way, not just by us as parents. She did not, however, suggest this product – that part we did on our own. Also, the product instructions make it clear that you should not continue use if a rash develops. Everyone is different, so this is not surprising. Our girls didn’t have any rash or any other adverse reaction. It is well worth a try. The Molluscum was far more troublesome than our physician told us it would be, and it spread far faster as well. All in all we are very thankful that we found this product and that it worked so well.

Our 7 year old son had a serious rash that kept getting worse. The dermatologist identified it as molluscum and said that it will eventually get better. after few months it was not getting better and out son was a trooper but was itching and really uncomfortable. In desperation I went on the internet and started doing a search on Mullucum. Amond the many websites we found the Zymaderm that offered money back guarantee and severalencouraging statements. So we bought it through Amazon and it truly has been nothing short of a miracle. We have appliedit religiously twice a day for 30 days. The itching stopped within days and it started to dry out. After 45 days or so,all mthat is left are few dried spots. We are so thankful. We highly recommend it.
This works – eventually

My daughter had around 50 molluscum all over her legs, they just kept spreading even though she was being very good at not scratching them. The Doctor said to leave them and they would go eventually but after 7 months I decided to try Zymaderm. I used it once a day for 2 weeks and nothing happened, but after using it twice a day for 6 weeks some of the spots bled then disappeared – no scars. It takes time but it seemed to work. Unfortunately sometimes the spots get bigger before they go and sometimes I had to give her skin a rest for a week or so as the Zymaderm seemed to make her skin sore around the spots.
Worst Customer Service – Naturopathix
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I did not get this product so this review is not about the product performance. but gosh i do have to share the experience of dealing with the customer service at Naturopathis. I should have just ordered at Amazon; instead i ordered for Zymader direct from naturopathix. I ordered on Sep 8th. I got a order confirm. Having got no update of my order i called on Sep 18th to check on the status. I was told i will be emailed. No email still on Sep 21st. So i called. This rude girl told me it was very difficult to get the shipping department on Monday. anyways she confirmed my address and email id. I was told i will be emailed tomorrow by the latest. Still i was asking only the status of the order. Then having got no follow up till Sep 23rd icalled again. I was very frustrated at this point to keep repeating my name etc. Anyways this guy assured me i will know (call me) by the end of the day, still i am only asking for a status ( i am not even asking why dint you ship….i just wanted to know whats happening with my order). Evening i was fuming. Anyways this girl told me this never happens, very unusual that i havent recieved the shipment. SHe went in to check and came back saying Briant sent a email to you. I didnt find any. I asked her if she could tell me, she goes i wouldnt know that only the supervisor Briant can tell you that. So i said i will wait and talk to him because he is busy on another call. i waited and waited while she was trying to talk me out of waiting; then she said she would have to disconnect and that Briant would call me huh. I said fine i want to cancel my order ( but i was desperate trying to find something for Molloscum for my 3 yr. old). She said i will cancel and email the details and disconnected the phone very abruptly. Oh my God! that was it, i called back and said very rudely that i would like to talk your super busy Briant. ( oh by the way i got no email about my cancellation). That ……guy came on the phone and was like telling me he will have to try and find the tracking number and ofcourse they can only get back to me with that info. I said wait a minute i am not going anywhere and i wanted the info and will wait. He said you dispute the credit charge and you will be provided with a refund and hung up the phone!!!@@###
I cant telll you how frustrating and maddening this is……i am oh god so i have to take some action agains them….dont know what…

Speedy delivery but please go to a dermatologist instead!

My daughter had MC, supposedly contracted in the swimming pool. By the time I realized the domed dots were not some allergic rash, they had spread all over her torso and thighs. I took her to our dermatologist and found that they could last as long as a year which was unacceptable. She had three treatments of a blistering solution every three weeks before she was free of MC. Unfortunately she developed an extreme case of eczema as a side effect but that was also treated with a prescription ointment. The whole process was a pain.
Than a few months later, I found a few ominous dots on my son’s arm. I did not want him to go through the same ordeal, so I waited, but they were spreading. I did some research online and finally bought this product. It was shipped as soon as I ordered it, and I got it in two days with no special delivery. That’s why I gave 2 stars- for prompt delivery.
But does it work? I don’t think so or if it does work, it takes too long and in the meanwhile the dots keep spreading as was the case with my son. That’s the problem with kids, especially the younger ones. They are not careful. They will touch, scratch, and not only infect their bodies but they also infect other bodies. They can’t help it. That’s why so many kids have MC. It’s a vicious cycle!
I took my son to our dermatologist. He had no side effects, and he’s well on his way to being MC free, and I have a peace of mind. If you are worried about the scars from the blistering solution applied by a dermatologist, don’t worry. My daughter’s scars gradually faded away, and her skin is extra-sensitive.
So I’m not denouncing this product. Rather, I’m recommending seeing a dermatologist for a faster and effective solution to this highly contagious infection. It’s the responsible thing to do.
10% benzoyl peroxide worked for my son
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
My son had molluscum concentrated heavily around his chin and eye and it spread all over his face and neck and to his chest. They spread from opening of the lesions when scratching or rubbing. Don’t share towels or washcloths. Use a clean washcloth every time you clean your child after messes or eating and put it in the soiled laundry after use. Treat the infected area with 10% benzoyl peroxide (acne) cream or gel, twice a day. Any cream will work; I used zapzit (sp). Be careful when applying around eyes and mouth. You should see results within 7-10 days. Once the lesions are gone, they are no longer infectious as the virus lives in the skin. Stubborn bumps or those under clothing can be treated by covering them with tape until they disappear due to suffocation. Nexcare 3M waterproof tape works the best (for warts too).
Did Not Work for Us…
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
My 3 year old son had molluscum contagiosum for 6 months and we tried everything out there (cidar vinegar, tea tree oil, aloe gel) before turning to zymaderm. Unfortunatley, Zymaderm did not work for us. We saw no noticeable inprovement when using this product. However, it is worth a try though if you are at your wit’s end as it seems to work for some, but not others. My son’t molluscum eventually went away on their own. It is a frustruating virus, but eventually the body will recognize it and fight it.
Thank you Zyma Derm!!!

Oh my goodness…I highly recommend this product. My four year old son had Molluscum on the back of his legs, and spread rapidly because the bumps were in the same place as his eczema. Like everyone else (I’m sure) we had a very hopeless feeling when the doctor said there was nothing we could do but wait it out. Wait it out?!?!?! It just did not seem like an option. They kept spreading and if it took two years like he said, it would have been everywhere. I so desperately did not want him to feel self conscious or be made fun of. Thanks to ZymaDerm, he is almost “bump” free after two weeks. It has not burned him or made him itch, as I was very concerned that it would hurt his eczema and sensitive skin. It has been such an answer to our prayers. It would definitely be worth a try for anyone who has this. Good luck!
DID NOT WORK

This item DID NOT WORK. I used it every day for a month, and all it did was irritate the skin to the point where I now have a red rash in addition to the original issue.
totally works

As an MD, I was a little skeptical that this product was going to work. We’re taught that MC is treated by scraping, burning or other methods that can hurt and/or cause scarring. My recommendation to patients in the past was to wait it out. We tried that with my daughter for a couple of months before we broke down and figured we’d give this stuff a try. My daughter absolutely hated the smell and application was tricky because she didn’t want to hold still but it cleared all of her MC in 3 weeks. Unbelievable. I’m shocked this isn’t a patented Rx product. From the reviews I’ve been reading online my guess is that this stuff works about 80% of the time. That’s an impressive feat for any drug. This is my new recommendation for pretty much anyone with MC.
Wow, it worked great!

Our 5yo daughter had gotten a small patch of molluscum contagiosum on her arm in April. By October it had spread to both arms, both legs and a few on her tummy. We tried Aldara when it first broke out. All it did irritate the skin and leave the bumps . Next we tried Silver Cure. It didn’t seem to do anything noticeable. Out of desperation I ordered ZymaDerm three weeks ago. Now her bumps are pretty much gone!
The medicine doesn’t burn or ittitate her skin. It’s a little time consuming to dab it only on the blisters (my child had well over 100!), especially if your kid is wiggly, but worth it. The best method I found was after soaking in her bath, when her skin was soft, I rubbed the bumps with a towel until the top layer came off. Then put the medicine on. It’s the kind of thing that looks worse before it gets better. The towel rubbing was a bit uncomfortable, but after a few baths, all of them had been exposed and they started drying up with the medicine. Within days we saw results. After being told that this could spread and last for two years, I am so happy!
It REALLY Works

Like others who have commented here, I was a little unsure about buying and using this product on my 4yr old son. I had taken him to the doctor for what looked like a rash under his left arm. After a referal to the skin doctor it was diagnosed as Molluscum contagiosum. The doctor froze about 20 bumps that same day. A week later it had spread further down his side and the whole freezing process was very painful for my son. I was given an expensive cream and told to come back in two weeks for another round of freezing. I couldn’t bear to watch my son go through that again. Thats when I got online and found Zymaderm. I read most of the reviews and figured I’d give it a try. The treatment arrived in the the mail very quickly. I began applying it once a day, usually at bedtime. The smell is a little overwhelming, but not too bad. Be very careful not to spill it though, it can overpower a room. The treatment did not sting when I applied it to his bumps and the applicator made it easy. Within the next two days I noticed that the bumps I had applied the Zymaderm to had broken open and were beginning to heal, but I also saw new bumps appear. Due to a very busy summer, I became very lax about putting on the treatment and it spread somewhat. My son was getting ready to start Kindergarten and I didn’t want him to have the bumps when he started. Two weeks before the start of school my son and I agreed that we were going to try very hard to get rid of the bumps once and for all. We began applying the ZymaDerm twice a day and within a week and a half they were all gone. It was amzaing!! I kick myself for not keeping up with the treatment when we first started. I highly recommend following the directions to a tee. I’m looking foward to going back to the doctor’s next month and showing them what an amazing product ZymaDerm is. Painless and quick. If your child suffers from Molluscum Contagiosum there is no harm in trying all natural Zymaderm. I’m glad I did and so is my son. Thanks.

My daughter (7) got mollescum. Not knowing what it was but knowing the tons of skin infections out there, I let it go for a few weeks. By the time we got to the doctor 3 weeks after her rash became widespread, the doctor took one look and backed away. I knew it was something pretty significant. She told me how contagious the viral infection is. This was one week into the new school year. I asked about school, the doctor sighed and finally replied “well, you can’t keep her out forever”. I panicked.
I read all the literature, took my daughter to the dermatologist where she had all the “scummies” burned off her arms and legs. (The ones I didn’t see because I was focused on the big ones on her torso.) I kept her out of the neighborhood pool, warned her playmates, (no sharing dress up clothes) disclosed it to her teacher letting her know we’d be putting our daughter in long sleeves and pants despite it being August in Georgia. At home we had a “scum” pile for every stitch she touched- clothes, towels, sheets.
Being a fan of holistic products when I can use them, I did a search and found out about Zymaderm. If you’re looking for the at home formula, don’t waste your time. Not only is there not one out there, but if there were, you’d spend so much making a batch that would most likely produce more than you’d ever need. I purchased 1 bottle of Zymaderm, hitting the purchase button with a huge grain of salt. Knowing the severity of my daughter’s outbreak, I figured we’d have to purchase a second bottle in the near future if it worked.
NOTE- in my research, I also read that Tagamet has an antiviral property that seems to be effective against mollescum. The warnings were that it’s *just* Tagamet, not the competitors or knockoffs so I was sure to get Tagamet which I split in half and gave once a day.
The second day I had my bottle in hand, I found “scummies” on my son’s armpit. (10) I began putting Zymaderm on his and they went away within 2 weeks. My daughter’s mollescum, of course, took longer, but it DID go away! I was prepared for 6 months to 2 years, closer to 2 years with my luck! But that was August, we’re fast heading into November and I haven’t thought about mollescum for at least a month! The bigger ones were the last ones to disappear, but the fears I had when I learned about mollescum are distant memories, I’m sure because of the Zymaderm.
I don’t write reviews for things which already have a bunch of reviews unless the common thread is an experience I didn’t have. But I read the Zymaderm reviews with skepticism and was overwhelmed by the wonders Zymaderm did for my family. No more “scum” piles, no more rolling around in bed searching for new eruptions, just life as normal so much sooner than 6 months. If you’re cynical, don’t be. This stuff WORKS!

My son is 3 years old and has molluscum contagiousum For several months. The pediatricans said to me on several occasions that their is nothing to put on it and it will go in a few years. But seeing those bumps every day and slowly spreading, I had to do something about it. I did research online and found this product and had it rush delivered just before thanksgiving. It’s been one month and I had to write this review to tell all worried moms to buy this product. It has worked really well. The bumps are 98% gone and I only put on the medication once a day and sometimes I missed a day. The best thing of all is the feeling of relief to see the bumps almost gone. The medication dried them up. I’m still putting the medication on until the pink dots disappear because I really don’t want it to come back.
IT REALLY WORKS!!!

I purchased this product back in 2005 for my niece. This product was a life saver, it cured the Molluscum Contagiosum and with ZERO side effects and most importantly no pain!!! IT REALLY WORKS!
